Active Washington State real estate license in good standing
Minimum one year of active, hands-on real estate transaction experience
Documented closed transactions on the buy side, sell side, or both
Working knowledge of WA state contracts, MLS systems, and transaction timelines
Ability to manage your own deals without needing daily oversight
Good to Bring Along
Familiarity with Pierce County and the greater Puget Sound market
An existing book of business or referral network you are ready to grow
Experience running listing presentations or advising on pricing strategy
Comfort with digital tools for client communication and lead management
